Artists Sound Recording Webcasting License

This Licensing Agreement entered into between OnTime Christian Radio Network Productions and the Sound Recording Copyright Holder (1), grants to OnTime Christian Radio Network Productions the nonexclusive, gratis license to broadcast the above artists music, solely via the Internet. (2)
Territory: The Universe.
Term: Length of the copyright.
Warranty: Licensor (3) represents and warrants that it owns, controls, and administers the Sound Recording copyright for all the licensed songs identified above by the album title or individual song titles. Licensor also owns or controls all the rights necessary to enter into and fully perform the terms of this license and that the Licensee's use of the Sound Recording in accordance with this agreement will not infringe the rights of any third party nor obligate the Licensee to pay anything for a statutory license to make ephemeral recordings (4) of the sound recordings and perform sound recordings publicly by means of digital audio transmissions.

(1) Sound Recording copyright holder. For unsigned bands it would be the band members themselves. Each band member must sign the agreement. For a signed band, it is the record label.
(2) It some of the artists music is owned by another label, you will need to complete another separate form for that.
(3) This means the Artist.
(4) This is a copy that the webcaster makes in order to "webcast."
